They always are - I used to work with them. adidas is their biggest client. They are generally a nice bunch though and Rich is absolutely lovely usually. He just loves adidas and gets really passionate about the work.
In the end though - if you can get into AKQA, definitely do that. They are a great bunch of people and very innovative.
